Sophie King
Osteopath & Founder of OsteoClinics
Sophie graduated from the British school of osteopathy in 1985. She set up the clinic in Bushey in 1998 and soon was joined by a close-knit network of therapists all committed to helping their patients find optimum levels of health and relieve pain.
Sophie has a personal interest in Chronic Fatigue and ME having worked in Manchester with Dr Perrin back in the early ’90s. The Clinic is now the centre for Perrin Technique treatment in London with Dr Perrin visiting the practice every month to run a specialised clinic.
Apart from general osteopathy, Sophie is also skilled in Cranial techniques helping not only children and babies but patients with post-traumatic injuries and brain injuries.
When Sophie isn’t working she enjoys travelling and telling her patients about the wonderful places she has visited.
Dana Frank
Physiotherapist
Dana grew up in Cape Town and completed her physiotherapy degree at The University of Cape Town, South Africa. She moved to the UK in 2014. She started working for The Green Clinic in Edgware shortly after moving here and is now thrilled to be able to help expand the practice to a branch in Bushey.
She has vast experience in musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. She also has a special interest in Women’s Health and is passionate about empowering women to take control of their pelvic floors and of their bladders!
When she is not working, she is mum to three gorgeous children. She enjoys time with her husband, their children and their dog.
Mark Stern
Osteopath
Mark Stern qualified in 1998 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a structural osteopath who works with his patients to understand and resolve the origins of their musculoskeletal problems. Mark treats a wide range of spinal, pelvic and limb conditions and treatment is aimed at improving the function of the body as a unified whole. He understands patients who develop a painful back episode want to be up and about again as soon as possible. A strategy to maintain optimum function overtime is also developed with patients so as to prevent deterioration and avoid more severe problems in the future.
Jane Drake
Counsellor
I am a Relate Certified counsellor and member of the BACP with over 10 years experience of counselling in both the public and private sector in the UK and USA. I am experienced and fully qualified to work with individuals, couples, families and children. I have a private counselling practice in Bushey Heath alongside working part-time at an established charity in Watford.
Dr Raymond Perrin D.O. PhD
Osteopath, Neuroscientist and Specialist in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome CFS/ME
He is Honorary Clinical Research Fellow at The Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health at The University of Manchester.
Dr Perrin qualified in 1984 from the British School of Osteopathy in London. Whilst at the BSO he spent 3 years working in the children’s clinic where he gained much experience treating all ages of children from new-born babies onwards. He has also extensive experience treating top sportsmen and women including Olympic athletes. In 1991 he was appointed official osteopath to the World Student Games, Sheffield.
He has spent over 20 years treating stars of stage and screen plus many household names from the world of entertainment, music and dance at his previous clinics in the centre of Manchester.
He has served as an honorary advisor to the northern branch of the international spinal research trust and he has also been a health columnist to the regional newspaper:
Dr Perrin’s research since 1989 into Chronic Fatigue Syndrome /ME has expanded our knowledge of the disease and how to diagnose and treat it. In July 2005 he was awarded a doctorate by the University of Salford, UK for his thesis on the involvement of cerebrospinal fluid and lymphatic drainage in CFS/ME.
From 1996 onwards he has been the Honorary Research Director of F.O.R.M.E. Trust;
Since 2007 he has held the academic post of Honorary Senior lecturer at the
Allied Health Professions Research Unit, University of Central Lancashire, in Preston, UK.
He is a founder member of the newly formed International Osteopathic Research Group.
He was appointed member of the scientific committee for the 2nd 3rd and 4th World Congress on Neurobiology and Psychopharmacology affiliated with the European Association of Psychiatrists Annual Conference, Greece.
In 2015 he joined the international faculty of the German School of Osteopathy, Hamburg; and teaches osteopathic theory and practice to students in colleges all over Europe. He has run workshops training fellow osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors and physicians in the manual techniques he has developed in The USA, South Africa, Gibraltar, Germany, Czech Republic, The Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Italy and Russia.
He has lectured internationally and in the UK to CFS/ME patient groups and the medical profession on the Osteopathic treatment of CFS/ME. He has published papers in major medical journals including the BMJ and his book, The Perrin Technique: How to beat CFS/ME was published by Hammersmith Press, London in 2007.
For his service to osteopathy, Dr Perrin was appointed a vice-patron of The University College of Osteopathy (Formerly the BSO) and was he was the winner of the inaugural Research and Practice Award from the Institute of Osteopathy in 2015. He lives in Manchester where he runs another busy multidisciplinary health Clinic.

Hannah Del Ponte, Registered Osteopath
Hannah Del Ponte is a dedicated and experienced osteopath with a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being. Since qualifying in 2009 from The College of Osteopaths, Hannah has been committed to providing holistic and patient-centered care.
With a strong foundation in traditional osteopathy, Hannah has further expanded her expertise through advanced training in the Perrin Technique at The Bushey Practice, Cranial Osteopathy at the Sutherland College and ScarWork. These specialized techniques allow her to address a wide range of physical conditions, from post-surgical scarring to stress-related tension and chronic pain.
Hannah takes a compassionate and integrative approach to her practice, tailoring treatments to each individual’s unique needs. She is dedicated to empowering her patients on their journey to recovery and helping them maintain long-term health.
